The oxides which are released during the buring of these fossil fuels will mix with the water droplets in the clouds and results in acid rain . acid rain can decrease the fertility of the soil when it reaches the ground . cutting down of trees decreases the amount of rain leading to increase in earth temperature . Using of automobiles releases carbon monoxide and other toxic gases which when taken in by the body can lead to various respiratory disease including lung cancer
