Hey there,

The line that passes through the mid point of a line segment and is perpendicular to it, then it is called perpendicular bisector. In a triangle, perpendicular bisectors meet at CIRCUMCENTRE.

Let the angle between two rays be ∅ coinciding at A. Then the line that passes through A and divides the angle ∅ in two equal halves, that is ∅/2 will be called an angle bisector. The angle bisectors of a triangle meet at the INCENTRE.
