When Seasonal or Temporary migrants migrate from their native place to other place for industrial works, industry provides each family with a bamboo mat and poles.
Later they are converted into a small conical hut or 'kopi'. 'Tyre centre' settlement have 200 to 500 kopis and 'Gadi centres' have 50 to 100 kopis.
