No , I don't think it was done purposely to increase the number of corona patients in India. it was just lack of their brains and common sense to understand the need of the hour instead of putting milions of lives at risk.

the worst part is , the place where they are quarantined, the hospital, these same people are behaving vulgarly with the nurses and making bad and Lewd gestures towards the people who are serving them.

they don't deserve any sort of treatment.
