\mathbb{"CENTRAL GOVERNMENT"}
<b>
Because Its the supreme governing body of all the governing bodies in India .

However

India is a Union of States , 29 different states .

And

Central Govt follows federal relationships with all the State Govt's.

So a central govt of union of states of India follows a federal relationship with the respective State Govt's.

Since, India is made up of states by holding " states together". So, without any confusion we call it a federal state and government at the centre is called central government.
