what do yo mean by fundamental units. Also explain the fundamental units in different system and drived units with examples.

Units of fundamental quantities -fundamental units which are independent of other units . SI system of unit . Mks system, CGS system ,FPS system . Derived units are the units of derived quantities . Example of fundamental unit - second . Example of derived unit - meter per second

fundemental units r :
kilogram= mass
time=second
luminious intensity = candela
amount of substance = mole
electric current = ampere
thermodynamic temperature = kelvin
lenght = meter
                fundemental units are those which are derived from fundemental units  for example area = meter square 
volume = meter cube etc
