Being a supervisor is as tough a job as being a leader. When a task is assigned to a group of people, each one is working for his own good. The responsibility of the supervisor is to unite different individuals towards a single goal and this according to me is the toughest job as a supervisor.

The most challenging role of being a supervisor is that when your assistants lost their admiration to you, and you are not able to confirm yourself as a sympathizer for them.
The job of the Supervisor is to lead the project or work assign to his team in a well-organized manner. His task is to unite people of different group, castes, class and religion to achieve the common goal. However, the most challenging aspect of his work comes when his team associates lost their respect to him and he is not able to prove himself as their supporter.
