I like stories more because stories are a great way to spend your time on and poems are too. But the thing with poems is that they are very short, complex words are used in many poems and they couldn't be understood properly. Stories on the other hand, explain every detail perfectly and in a way in which even the beginners who are learning that particular language would understand.
