Executive is responsible or accountable to the legislature and it is part of the 'legislature' and both are interdependent to each other, so conflicts and disputes are less in the 'parliamentary form of government.'  

Parliament has control over the executive through various tools, so it becomes more accountable than the Presidential form of government and it prevents despotism form of government.  

But parliamentary democracy government is more unstable than the 'presidential form of government'.
