This type of government is answerable to the citizens of the country and all the decisions which are to be taken for the country is on the behalf of the citizens of the country.

2).Responsive Government:

A responsive government is that government which responds to the demands and needs of the citizens of the country.And those to be fulfilled as a part of the government.

3).Legitimate Government:

Legitimate government is a government under which law and action of the government are revealed to the people and government function in a transparent manner.

>>It means that  ("If the people are not satisfied with the working of the government they have the right to change it.")
