bases are spot to touch, (Na) sodium
salts are the combination of acids and bases (NaCl)

Acids :- The substances which taste sour are called acids .
Bases:- The substances which taste bitter and feel soapy on touching are called bases.
Neutral:- The subtance which is neither acid nor base are called neutal .Eg:- salt.
