Fungi etc
Also called fermentation
Results in formation of ethanol(ch3ch2oh)

the respiration which is takes place in absence of oxygen is commonly known as anaerobic respiration. this type of respiration takes place in cytoplasm of cell. generally 4 ATP are produce during this type of respiration. this occurs in lower category of organisms such as yeast, fungi, bacteria etc..
