in asexual mode of reproduction only one parent is required and there is no genetic variation
examples for sexual mode of reproduction or budding in yeast, binary fission etc
in sexual mode of reproduction to parents are required namely male and female there is a lot of genetic variation and the offsprings of sexual reproduction will able to cope up with the environment better as they will have the qualities of both the parents
