The upward force exerted by fluids on the object when partially of fully immersed in it know as buoyancy
Buoyancy depends on the volume of the object and density of the liquid and the depth in which the object flows
For example wooden block floats in water this is due to bouyancy force exerted by the water on the block
Hope this helped u :-)

Explanation:
whenever an object is immersed in a liquid , either partially or fully , an upward force is exerted on the object by the liquid, This upward force is called upthrust or buoyant force or force of buoyancy an the property of the fluid to which the upthrust is exerted on the object is called buoyancy.
