I would like to inform u that ur question is little bit wrong ,it should be " what do u mean by a complete set of chromosomes?"

Mate ,here is the answer of ur question:-

A complete set of chromosomes include 23 pairs.

23 pairs means 46 chromosomes

Out of the 23 pairs,22 pairs are autosomes, and one pair is sex chromosome.

It is a complete set of genetic information.

Each chromosome contains many genes.

Chromosome is a condensed coiled chromatin fibre, which is only visible during cell division , during cell division the 46 chromatin fibre inside our body gets duplicated to form 92 chromatin fibre then 2 chromatin fibres each are kept together in a cylinder like structure made up of pellicle, it contains the chromatin fibre, then this 46 chromosome are formed .
