A coalition government is the best way cabinet of a parliamentary government in which multiple political parties cooperate, reducing the dominance of any one party within that "coalition". The usual reason for this arrangement is that no party on its own can achieve a majority in the parliament.

Answer:

Explanation:When there is no clear majority after the announcement of results or even before the results, two or more parties come together and form a government which is known as coalition government . In this type of government power is shared among the parties involved and if any party takes back its support from the coalition government then the party will collapse.

When a constituency is fixed for a certain criteria such as SC/ST, minority or women, it is called a reserved constituency. In such a constituency or seat only the person fulfilling that criteria can stand in election
