Common property resources refer to the property resources which are mostly given the part of property to both the owners. It's either given as the ward of property to the children or else to moneylenders when we are in heavy debt. It also refers to natural resources as when countries have the right to use the same piece of land. Eg.The blue hole in South Africa as the diamond ore for countries.
