The court of records is the trial court that records all the proceedings of the court and it is kept in case people want to appeal in the higher courts.

EXPLANATION:

There is a clerk of the court or a reporter who notes down and records the proceedings of the court. The records are then preserved till a certain time period. These records cannot be questioned when they are produced before the court.

The court or record has the acts and judicial proceedings that are recorded for being used later in the proceedings of the court.
