It understands the risks to the system and then takes the proper action to manage or prevent those risks.

Cyber Safety is the proper use of information and communication technology. It generally involves the actions that one can take to be aware of, and protect their system, data and privacy from the risks.

Both of these are needed to protect our personal data and privacy, to protect ourselves from online bullying, online scams etc.
