shortcut keys are the keys or a key combination which uses a specific command or order to be executed. also, they provide a quick way to do a specific work which requires mouse .shortcut key are usually combined with ctrl or alt.
for eg. ctrl+c→shortcut to copy, and even single key can also be used as a command. Keyboard shortcuts are also known as keyboard commands or shortcut keys.
