what do you mean by disability ?

Disabilities are commonly measured by the extent to which the disabled person is unable to engage in gainful employment on a continuing basis.

Examples are that some people need special treatment , maybe because eating disorders or a disability to walk or talk which means that person can not walk or talk , they get help from friends and family
