dominant trait is character which is expressed more from the parental generation
recessive trait is character which is expressed less or not expressed at all
recessive traits can be carried in Gene's without appearing or expressing

Heya,
Domination trait: The trait that is expressed in both homozygous and heterozygous conditions. It is represented as capital letter.
Recessive trait : The trait that is not able to express it self in heterozygous condition i.e., it is only expressed in homozygous condition. It is represented by a lower case letters.
Homozygous : When identical alleles constitute the genotype, the individual is said to be homozygote.
Heterozygous : When alleles constituting the genotype are different, the individual is said to be heterozygote.
