Elastic body :- A body that regains its original shape after the external force (fore that tries to distort the shape/size of the body) is called an elastic body.

e.g. Rubber, Steel, etc.

plastic body :- plasticity is property of a matrial to undergo a perment deformation even after removial of external deforming force simply, the body do no regain their original dimensions (size,shape or both) after removel of deforming force are called plastiic body.

e.g. Clay, plasticine etc.
