The right which are basic human rights for all citizens and no one can able to snatch them from citizens even government can't snatch them from citizens.

There are 6 fundamental right in Indian constitution :-

  • Right to equality.
  • Right to speech
  • Right against exploitation.
  • Right to freedom and religion
  • Cultural and educational right
  • Right to constitutional remedies
