The power among different groups are divided into two main categories namely-
• Horizontal power Sharing - In this type of Power Sharing, Power is divided equally between difffrent organs of Government .
It has three organs -
legislative (the one who make laws) ,
Executive (the one who execute the law) and
Judiciary (the one who protects the laws from violations).
• Vertical Power Sharing - In this, Power is shared among different levels of Government.
It has
The Central Government
The State Government and
the Local Government.
