In Germany when prices of everything soared due to decreased value of Germany currency this situation was termed as hyperinflation
At this time people used to carry money in a full cart just to buy a loaf of bread , it happened when it stopped giving it's compensation in the form. Of gold as gold had depleted in Germany so after that Germany started printing Germany mark recklessly and then a time came when all the value of marks degraded and a situation called hyperinflation was created
