it results in rapture of artery or internal bleeding which causes death

hypertension is nothing but extreme tension.it is really harmful to our body.
when we are tensed we lack peace of mind , we get stressed and we will be in a hurry. when we are in hypertension we do not know what we are exactly doing. the job/work that we do will be incomplete or will be incorrect which leads to rework.
                       some times we get extreme anger due to hypertension and scold other and hurt them.our blood pressure increases. so we must not lack peace of mind at any point of time in our life.
