what do you mean by inertia? How is it related with inertial mass?

inertia is a state of resistance for ex if we take a 200kgs of man he can resist upto 200kgs if 100kgs of force applied on 200kgs man it doesnt make him to move this is called inertia

Inertia : In simple terms, inertia is the measure of mass.

Lets consider with an example....
When our bike or car starts suddenly, we are pushed backwards or when our bus takes a turn, our body seems to fall in opposite direction. It is due to inertia.

According to first law of motion, an object tends to remain at rest or in uniform motion until or unless, acted by an unbalanced force. This is also known as Law of Inertia.

Inertia is directly related to mass. More the mass will be, the object will be having more Inertia.
