LIABILITY refers to the state of being liable or responsible enough to take on legal decisions.......... Liability may also mean being responsible enough to perform some task like eligibility for doing something like age limit for some test, or participation in some competition etc...... It is not always about legal decisions as it also depends on situations as well.
