Maybe 4 people can't physically work on the same wall at the same time without hurting themselves and you had to get the job done in 24 hrs. You could achieve the optimum effectiveness by using 4 men at 6-hr shifts to be most effective. When you factor in all the circunstances, you will find the most efficient means for achieving results could be the most effective under those conditions. So conditions are the differences.
