Litigation is basically a controversy between two different parties where one enforces a legal right while the other defends.
The case goes into the jurisdiction of the law, and the person who settles the case is the judge of the respected court.
There has to ne negotiations, appeals, and settlements made in order to finish the case and come to a conclusion.
