what do you mean by malleability and ductility? How are these properties different in metal and nonmetal

Malleable- We use aluminium foils to wrap food items but it is made when we crush it and it becomes flat so we can say that aluminium is non reactive malleable metal
Ductility-Abilities of metals which can be transformed into wires is known as its property which is ductility.We use copper wires in our household items
one important thing is that non metals are neither ductile no malleable

mealleability means tproprty of a metal to be beaten into sheets.
ductility means the property of a metal to be drawn into wires.
metals are ductile as well as malleable whereas non metals are not..
