menarche is the name given to the first menstrual period which usually occurs between the ages of 11 to 16 or 18 
menopause is the time when the periods stop permanently between the ages of 48-50

= Mensuration- mensuration is the cyclic changes that occur in the uterus of the female body is called mensuration cycle it occurs after every month that is about 28 to 30 days. each ovary produces a single egg every month in an alternate order and then the blood comes out of the body.

= Menarche- It is a time when the mensuration cycle start in female body. it starts at the age of around 13.

= Menopause - it is a time when mensuration cycle stops in the female body.
