The principle of Moral Democracy was propagated by the US President Woodrow Wilson, who was the President of the United States from 1913 to 1921.
In the system of Moral Democracy, support is given only to nations whose policies are in line with that of the United States. It was meant to encourage growth of nations whose beliefs and policies were similar to that of the US. This policy was mainly directed at the Latin American countries like Mexico etc.
