Non-Cooperation Movement is a movement whereby people refuse to cooperate with the government in running day to day administration of the state. Such a movement was started by Gandhi in India in 1920 against the oppressive policies of the British. The Indians serving under British resigned, students did not attend school and lawyers were out of Court.
