Q. What do you mean by Pasteurization?

Answer :

It is a pressurized heating of a short time, it is considered as a mild from heat treatment. The temperature used during pasteurization is below 212°F (100°C). Milk is pasteurized to destroy micro organisms, but many more heat resistant organisms are only reduced in number, so that pasteurized milk generally be stored under refrigeration to keep bacteria growth in check.
