Management is the efficient use of the resources combined with the knowledge of the people to attain the organizational objective. First managerial function involved planning which means an elaborate plan towards achieving the organizational objective.  

Identifying the group of tasks and Priority of task is essential. How the tasks are to be performed and who has to perform is also planned beforehand in order to accomplish the organizational objectives.

Next step involves organizing. It involves the usage of plan in order to bring together the physical, financial and other strategic resources in order to achieve the organizational goal. Organizing helps in completing tasks in a structured pattern and involves less cost for the business.
