Reactants are those chemical substance which take part in a chemical reaction..

After a chemical reaction, substances which are formed are called products.

Example-

ZnCl2 + H2SO4 => ZnSO4 + 2HCl

Substances on the Left hand side of the equation are reactants while on right hand side are products..
