It mean in rtgs the payment settled vary quick or in "Real time" between sender and remitter.As soon as process complete the fund will be transfer from one account to another so, there there is no waiting preoid. and gross means there was no grouping of such transaction (RTGS) by bank every RTGS completed individually.
