Simply put a solar panel works by allowing photons or particles of light to knock electrons free from atoms generating a flow of electricity they panels actually comprise many smaller units called photovoltaic cells the photovoltaic simply means they convert sunlight into electricity.

Solar panel is a panel which is made up of silicon and these silicon are join using silver wire.It is used to trap the sun rays to produce electricity.
