Hiii machiii ✋...

➡️ Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, commonly known as TADA, was an Indian anti-terrorism law which was in force between 1985 and 1995 (modified in 1987) under the background of the Punjab insurgency and was applied to whole of India.

➡️ The POTA (2002) is the Prevention of Terrorism Act which was introduced by the NDA government to replace the TADA act (Terrorist and Disruptive Activities act).

➡️ POTA was introduced as a measure to limit the misuse of anti-terrorism crackdown activities by central law agencies.
