TAsks are actions performed by the user.

To create a task, click File ⇒ New ⇒ Task and enter a name for the task in the name text box.

To edit a task, double click on it and make necessary changes.

Definition:

A task refers to an action which can be performed by a user, like booking a conference room, booking tickets, reminder for a task completeion itself, etc.

How to create a task:

File⇒ New⇒ Task. A task window will appear. Define the subject, start date and end date of the task, status of the task and priority of the task. Click Save and close.

How to edit a task:

Double-click the task name available in the email application.
