What do you mean by the Residuary Powers ?

Answer 〰: Residuary Power also called as Reserved Powers. Thus Residuary powers means the powers that parliament can make it as Law with the respect to matters which are not mentioned in Union List , State List or Concurrent List. These types of Powers are divided among the " Central government" , " The Parliament" and "The State Government".
