women’s empowerment means empowering women for all that she needs, naturally and owing to the demands of her womenness. It doesn't mean empowerment of women to be a kind of disturbance in her family life or putting her dignity and chastity at risk.

For any empowerment process - the needs, approach, strategy in view of the prevailing conditions and realistic introspection of the past efforts - are quite important indeed.
