2.People enjoy working in the Organised Sector as it provides convinency and systematic way to get work done by the workers .

4.Terms of employment are regular that is a worker in the job cannot be removed from employment without proper reasons.
5.Workers working in organised sector work for fixed number of hours if they work more they will be paid wages for overwork.
6.Workers working in organised sector enjoy security of working and they are also being given benefits like:-Payment during holidays,leave , medical expenses etc.
