what do you say about motion of an object whose distance time graph is a straight line parallel to time axis ?

As it is parallel to time axis means it passes through only one point in y axis(or velocity axis). This means that velocity is constant over the time interval.
And as the slope is zero (also velocity constant),so acceleration is zero.
Thanks.

Answer:
The slope of the distance-time graph gives velocity of an object. Velocity is equal to distance covered divided by time taken by an object.
Distance is taken on y-axis and time is taken on x-axis. When the distance time graph is a straight line parallel to time axis , it means that with the increase of time the body is stiff at one position. It shows that the object is at rest. Its velocity is equal to 0.
