The audience in the poem "The frog and the nightingale " have no care about anything for the nightingale. Rather they only wanted to enjoy the song and leave her in that condition.
In human society, people don't care for famous and talented people. They only care for themselves. After the song was over, they appreciate with words and leave as they came here for refreshments and nothing else.
In reality, the poet wants to say that the people don't think of the condition of young and talented artist. They think them as payed workers.
