according to lesson a man took the boy in the fair. Helped the boy persuasively. He wanted to distrack his mind from his parents. It is not clear by the writer that the child finds his parents or not.

Yes, I think that the child finds his parents because a man kind enough to pick up a unknown child will surely help him to find his parents. And maybe his parents are also making efforts to find him.

The man who found him lost must have asked him about his parents and after getting some information he must have tried to search them. On the other hand the parents were also searching for their child.
