As its name suggests... National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, it aims to enhance. livelihood of rural people by providing at least 100 days of wage employment in a year . If anyone ,who is not given the work under 15 days, is ultimately entitled to the unemployment allowance ..

Because of some reason, which are as follows:

1. It guarantees 100 days of assured work to those people who are able, and want to do work.

2. If the government fails in its duty to provide work, it will provide unemployment allowances to the people.

3. 1/3 of the jobs are reserved for women.

Because of these reasons, it may be called right to work
