soThe effects of modern farming may be negative or positive too, but from my opinion it may be both-
NEGATIVE EFFECTS-1 In modern farming farmers use chemical fertilizers on the place of natural manure which leads to underground water pollution.2 As farmers use many chemicals to increase their yield the quality food is becoming more bad .Positive effects-1)It leads to a tremendous increase in crop yield.
